Provisional approval has now
been given to one of South
Australia’s brightest new
coastal locations which is just
a few minutes drive from the
centre of Ceduna.
To be known as ‘Ceduna Keys’,
the project will incorporate
around 500 waterfront
residential allotments, a hotel
offering resort style
accommodation, apartment sites,
community facilities that are
likely to include a tourism
information and cultural centre,
a golf course, a multi-purpose
event and sporting facility, a
recreational marina and a
commercial marina for fishing
fleets.
